What is an Affiliate?
An Affiliate can be anyone with a website- from large high-traffic sites to personal blogs or low-traffic web pages. If you have a website, you can start earning money by putting an Indigo link on your page. If a visitor clicks on that link and purchases something on chapters.indigo.ca, a percentage of that sale is yours- up to 10%!
What are Referral Fees?
A referral fee is a commission paid to your account once a visitor visits your site, clicks on a chapters.indigo.ca link and makes a purchase. As more transactions are made from your links, you have the opportunity to make higher referral fees. See the rate structure in our

What is Commission Junction?
Commission Junction (CJ) is the premier third party affiliate network on the web. Indigo has teamed up with CJ to give you the best affiliate experience available. With in-depth reporting, account management tools, and advanced links, you will be earning top fees in no time.
How Do I Sign Up?

How does Indigo track sales from my site?
Once a link is downloaded from CJ through your account it is tagged with your special account information. All sales made through clicks on that link will be credited to your account and reported within the CJ Account Manager. You can check your site activity in your CJ account, to which you will have access to after
creating an account.

How does reporting work?
Commission Junction will track all the links you decide to put up on your web-site after signing up through the
CJ Account Manager. Transactions made by visitors clicking on the links from your site will be tracked and reported in your personal CJ account. You can sign in anytime to view transaction details including transaction amounts and your commission on the transactions to date.
Do you have a datafeed available?
Yes, we have a product datafeed available to those affiliates who would like to feature large quantities of product. For details on how to access this, please

Can I link to a specific product?
Yes, you can easily link to specific products. Receive commissions on books, CDs, and DVDs that you recommend! Within the Commission Junction Account Manager you can download chapters.indigo.ca banners and creative.
Here's how:
- In the text link section there is a link called the Indigo re-direct link. Click on this link.
- When you click on this link, replace the current landing page url with the specific product page landing url you have chosen.
- To get the specific product-page landing page url go to the chapters.indigo.ca web-site and search for the product. When you find the right landing page, copy the url from the browser and paste it into the Html generator.
- A url that includes your account information will be generated by CJ.
- Copy this link into your web-site and you are ready to go!
