Who is able to read my reviews?
You determine who is able to read your reviews. Use the privacy setting feature to mark reviews as public, friends-only or private. To Edit Privacy & Email Alerts, sign into your profile and use the link called "edit Privacy & Email Alert Settings" located in the left-hand column below the area which has your interests and your photograph.
How do I publish a review?
To write and publish reviews, select the "write a review" link located
beneath the image of the item on the product page. Or sign into your profile
and select the "write a review" link in the reviews section.
How do I edit a review?
Select the "edit" link to be taken to an
editable version of the review. Once you are finished editing, simply republish
your review. You newly edited review will reflect the latest date submitted.
How do I remove a review I have written?
Sign into your profile, select the "edit" link in the reviews section
and use the "delete" link associated with the review you would like
to remove.
How do I add a comment to a review?
You may comment on a review you have written or another members' review
by selecting the "add a comment" associated with the review you wish
to comment on. Any member of the community may add a comment to a review you
have written, provided you have marked reviews as public.
How do I delete a comment I've added to a review?
Currently, you aren’t able to remove comments that are added to reviews. You are able to submit comments to clarify or respond to other comments and alternatively, you are able to report comments to the Community Administrator by using the ‘report this’ feature.
If you've commented on a review you wrote and published, you may remove that review - this will remove any comments associated with the review as well.
Why doesn't my review appear when I search for the item I reviewed?
Some items are released by more than one publisher, or may have multiple editions or formats. For example, you may have published a review on the hardcover version of a given title; your review is not automatically published to the soft cover version of the same title. Alternatively, you may have your reviews marked as "private", in which case they will not appear with the item.
