Placing an Order
How to place an order.
At chapters.indigo.ca, ordering is fast and easy! Simply follow the steps below to complete your purchase online. Sorry, at this time we can't accept orders by telephone, fax, or e-mail.
- Browse or search for the items you'd like to order and add them to your shopping bag as you go. When you're ready to purchase, click "Checkout".
- If you already have a Chapters Indigo Online Account, just
sign in.
Or, if you are a new customer, you'll need to create a
New Account.
- Inidcate where you want to ship your order to and select a shipping method.

- If you had requested to see gift wrap options, you will now see the "Gift Wrap" page, where you can select gift wrap for eligible items and add a personal message!
- On the next page, the "Payment" page, select a
payment method. Here is where you can also enter your irewards number, use gift certificates, giftcards or redeem a promotional coupon.
- Before completing your order, review your payment method and shipping address on the "Place Your Order" page. To make any changes, just click the "Edit" button next to the item you wish to change.
- When you're ready to complete your order, click the "Place Your Order" button.
The "Thank You - We've Received Your Order" page confirms we will being processing your order shortly.
Please Note
If you do not want to create an account to place an order you can use our Checkout without an Account order which display when you begin the checkout process.
