Indigo Vendor Information
Bibliographic Data
Vendor must provide Indigo with bibliographic data on all
book titles purchased by Indigo. The following are Indigo’s
bibliographic data quality standards and associated compliance targets. Failure
to meet these targets may result in Indigo
deducting a penalty fee of .5% of last month’s invoices. Exceptions will
be granted for titles with errors and no material
sales against them.
- Titles provided without errors. Target > 98%
- Titles with carton quantities. Target > 95%
- Titles with weights and measures. Target > 95%
- Titles with correct binding code classifications. Target = 100%
- Titles with Recycled and FSC paper content – see Addendum ‘B’
