Indigo Terms of Trade

Welcome Indigo Books & Music Inc. vendor.

Our terms of trade, as outlined in the sections listed to the left, are standard for all vendors. Indigo does not recognise specific and individual terms of trade.

We encourage you to read all sections carefully.

While some terms are negotiable, including discounts off retail, payment terms and co-op/additional marketing support requirements, most are non-negotiable.

Onix Silver certification continues to be the minimal standard for trading in EDI and for gaining access to vendor sales information via BookNet Canada. The option of gaining access to Indigo specific sales data remains contingent upon full acceptance of these terms of trade agreement.
