Books
Vendor will provide to Indigo the opportunity for access to any promotional materials related to each of the products
purchased by Indigo that the vendor provides to its other customers. Vendor also agrees to collaborate with Indigo on
additional marketing materials Indigo may require from time to time in order to effectively sell the products.
Street Sensitive Titles
All Street Sensitive DC Flow titles must be received 9 days prior to the street
sensitive date.
UPS charges will be applied for failure to comply.
