Remainders
Vendor agrees to provide Indigo the first right of refusal for remainders.
In response Indigo will provide the following:
- Bid lists will be turned around
within 7 working days of receipt either
by email or courier.
- Purchase orders to be issued within 5 working
days of an agreement on price and quantity being reached
- Delivery-Pick
up within 20 working days or sooner of an agreement.
Product preparation and condition to be finalized at time of remainder agreement,
including removal of non-Indigo stickers,
etc
