I'm not the biggest believer or practicer in using dreams to understand ourselves better. However, the format of the book still made it a useful and enjoyable guide. Rather than trying to tell you exactly what your dream means, the list of what images can mean allows each reader to pull their own unique interpretation of their dream together. I found this book to be an interesting tool to provide some insight into my dreams that I never would have considered otherwise.
