    AMAZING book!

Anne Lindsay has done it again....I'm a Nutritionist and I know it can be difficult to create "light" meals that taste good. Everything I've tried from this book has been a hit. My 8 year old, my 12 year old, my husband, guests...all were impressed. A MUST HAVE if you enjoy delicious healthy food!!! I guarantee it'll take up permanent space in your kitchen.

This cookbook is probably the one I use the most often - there are no complicated techniques involved or hard-to-find ingredients, and all the recipes work! And they work even when you have to replace or omit some ingredients. I think this is a great book for a beginner, and anyone who wants to make good, uncomplicated food. After a few years, I've definitely found some favourites in this collection.
