Matthew Reilly dazzled the world with his electrifying thrillers Ice Station and Temple. And now, Shane "Scarecrow" Schofield returns with his most harrowing and explosive adventure yet. . .

AREA 7

It is America''s most secret base, hidden deep in the Utah desert, an Air Force installation known only as Area 7. And today, it has a visitor - the President of the United States. He has come to inspect Area 7, to examine its secrets for himself. But he''s going to get more than he bargained for on this trip. Because hostile forces are waiting inside.

Among the President''s helicopter crew, however, is a young Marine. He is quiet, enigmatic, and he hides his eyes behind a pair of silver sunglasses. His name is Schofield. Call-sign: Scarecrow. Rumor has it, he''s a good man in a storm. Judging by what the President has just walked into, he''d better be. . .

    Incredible!

This book is a non-stop roller coaster of plot twists and somuch action! I love how fast paced this book is. This is hands-down the most action packed novel I've read so far. It sounds like it is the script for some super paced James Bond movie or something. Anyways, for an exciting read with guns and explosions, the Shane Schofield series is the one to go for.

This is an amazing roller coaster ride of military action, spy/politcs, crazy prisoners and man eating komodo dragons. It is just like an action movie in book form. It is so fast paced and action filled that you can't put it down because you are afraid you might miss something. This is the second Shane "Scarecrow" Scofield novel. Ice Station is the first, and this one is followed by Scarecrow. I recommend them all!! It is so much fun. It is like a James Bond movie mixed with a Vince Flynn book. Great for teen boys - violence but video game violence - it hardly seems real.

Isn't Term Limits the first one? I already bought it secondhand from the library for 50 cents :P.

Vince Flynn books are amazingly good. He is one of my favourite authors. You should definitely start with Transfer of Power and read them in order from there. The main character is Mitch Rapp and the books should be read in order. They are CIA/spy/military/politics/action/terrorists books. I love him!!
