Have you ever wondered what the subconscious mind of an American
author looks like? The characters that drift in and out of his
waking mind, begging to be brought to life. To be set free in
another's subconscious reality.
I found this book very entertaining. I recieved this book courtesy
of The Invisible College Press via Mini Book Expo, which sends out
books to be reviewed. It caught my attention with the promise of
conspiracies, feminist secret societies, dead taoist and
psychedelic drugs. And did it deliver? Yes! Did I know what
Chitlins was before I read this novel? No. And no thank you. My
only problem was minor spelling mistakes throughout the novel. But
they were not nearly as random as the amazing imagery they created
within my head.
Because sometimes life needs a little random. Escape to Dave
Smith's reality with Axis Mundi Sum.
P.S. to Dave Smith, if you happen to come upon this, I would like
to keep my eyes in my sockets where they belong. So if this IS a
breach of your copyrights, I will remove this review, no sawdust
necessary.
