It was pretty standard as far as a Kenyon book goes - it gets you
what you expect.
I was a bit dissapointed to find that most of this book repeated
events that already took place. And scenes we've already been a
part of - in the exact way we've seen them before, in the
perspective of people we've already seen the scene from. She might
as well had cut and paste scenes from earlier books in some
instances.
Probably the most dissapointing of all her books I've read to date
since I was anticipating this new hardcover expecting it to be as
special as Acheron's book.
