    Don't let the title mislead you -- this is not your ordinary BBQ Handbook. Barbecue Secrets also includes the best salads, side-dishes and desserts -- EVER!!!! I refer to this book weekly. The 'Rice & Asparagus Salad' is the #1 hit at pot-lucks. If salmon is on the menu, prepare the 'cedar-planked salmon with bourbon-maple glaze' -- you'll be sure to keep Jack Daniel's on supply for this one.
