When people make the decision to become vegetarian they are often
overwhelmed by the conflicting opinions of friends and family. They
hear stories of malnutrition and anemia and become concerned about
their ability to eat a well balanced vegetarian diet. This book
helps teach new and old vegetarians how to ensure that they are
getting all of the necessary nutrients.
The best thing about this book is that it shows that a
nutritionally complete vegetarian diet is not rocket science. It
can be very reassuring to parents of young vegetarians who are
often unsure of what there children can now eat. The fact that the
book is written by registered dieticians means that the nutritional
information can be trusted.
A very good book (with some wonderful recipes as a bonus).
