Gossip Girl Meets Vampire Diaries?

The novel is a pleasant and fast read, but I was more interested in the lore than the setting. I am not fan of designer name-dropping and the fashionista-style chick-lit, so that was sometimes the kind of thing I skimmed through when reading. It appeals to a lot of readers, but at least it wasn't overly detailed or run-on. at first its kind of slow but once you get past the first couple chapters your golden, Such a good series.

Not Great...But Still Good.

I enjoyed this book, the beginning was a little slow but once you read more, it definantly got better. I thought it wouldn't be a very good book, because when I started reading it talked alot about fashion, and not really enough about Vampires, but towards the middle of the book there was way more about the "Blue Bloods" (Vampires), which made me want to read more. this was a great book i mean it. At some parts i was a bit confused (thats why it didn't get a 5) but other then that it was good as gold.
