    Bourinot's Rules - Newer not always better
    Bourinot's Rules of Order is clearly the best source for information on chairing a meeting. It is clear, concise and CANADIAN! However, newer isn't always better. I have a 1963 second edition which is more effectively organized and explains certain procedures more clearly (such as Appeals of rulings from the chair). Overall... the best source out there.
