I can't remember where I got this book but over the years it has become my favorite. Every recipe I try not only comes out perfect, but tastes great. They are also really easy to make recipes. I have shared many recipes with friends and co-workers because they've asked for them. The cookbook has colorful, glossy photos and it lays open nicely when I'm using it.

Some of my favorite recipes include: Cranberry Coconut Muffins, Salmon Muffins (yes these are yummy!!!), Apple Pie Muffins, Pumpkin Gingerbread Snacking Cake, Chocolate Carrot Cupcakes (I made this for my nephews birthday and it was better than any box mix plus you can't taste the carrots), Strawberry Tea Bread, Blueberry Lemon Loaf, Peanut Butter Cookies, and Oatmeal Squares Four Ways.

This cookbook really is more than just muffin recipes. Canadian Living took their best recipes from their magazine and created a wonderful, easy to follow book. I highly recommend it (and the others in the Canadian Living's Best collection) to everyone.
