    Cost and time saver! 5

    This is the BEST book. It made me drag out my husband's 30 year old orange crock pot and plug it back in! It's low voltage so we save energy instead of using the oven. The cuts of meat are cheap so I'm saving money. I throw the nutritious vegetables in the pot in the morning go off and do chores or shoot baskets with my son and we return in time for dinner and it's ready!
