I bought this cookbook when it was first published many years ago and have been cooking and baking from it ever since. It is my favourite cookbook. A year ago, I wanted to buy it as a birthday gift for a friend but, unfortunately, I could not find a copy anywhere. This year, thanks to the internet, I was able to find a used hard cover copy of this book and my friend was delighted to get it. Every couple of days she tries a new recipe and raves about how great everything turns out. Thank you Elizabeth Baird!
