Can you imagine spending so much energy on hating someone...??? And
what a waste of paper as well. The Toronto Globe & Mail
journalist Carl Wilson has certainly better things to do than a
campaign of hatred against Celine Dion. It is everybody's absolute
right not to like an entertainer, it is a question of taste but to
spend precious time to disrespect someone to that extent boggles my
mind. Why can't he recognize her achievement? After all, Celine
Dion is one of the very few who went so far in record sales and
show attendings. Can't we just be happy for her and most of all
respect her fans...??? But of course, especially in Canada, we
accept someone who has talent but can't tolerate if he or she is
successful. Pity...
