This is my fourth Stephen King novel - what an incredible writer. Everything he writes is compelling - what a gift.

I enjoyed the unique story and incredible descriptions of the cars and the horror sequences - what a creepy treat for this Halloween season!

I found Christine a great book. It was a little slow to get going, but once all the action, horror, etc. kicked in, boy is it hard to put down. I would recomend this to most Stephen King fans, but i wouldn't leave out that its slow to get started.

What ever you do, read the book. This was the first horror book I've ever read and i loved it. Its Truly Amazing and you should read the book. The action, horror, gore, and romance scenes are all worth it. So Read the book. BUT BEWARE and do not cross the streets.

Christine was the first novel written by Stephen King that I indulged in, and I can confirm that it was the best of the ten or so other King novels I have also read. The story is gripping, extremely narrative, and spares no details. The polt is very fluent and does not leave the reader confused with multiple plot and character development as is prevailant in other King novels. Christine gets my vote as the premier example of Stephen King literature, and it jutifies King's alibi, the Master of Macabre.

I couldn't agree with Dee more. Christine is a classic. I only read it a few years ago for the first time, even though it has been around forever. It is not just suspenseful, it is truly a frightening story. It really will scare you.

Don't hesitate to read the book because the movie wasn't good. We all know that Stephen King's books always kick the butt of the movie that follows them.

This book was awesome! As usual, they made a movie, but the movie completely sucks compared the book. If you like Stephen King's other stuff, I recommend you read this one although it's sort of old and it's been around for a while.
