    Essential family cookbook!

I love cooking, but don't always have the time or energy to come up with good, healthy meals every night of the week. This cookbook has weeks of menus planned out, each allowing you to shop and cook/prepare once a week. There are different themes - kid friendly meals, a vegetarian week, etc. There is a handy list of shopping items for each week. The chicken cacciatore has become a staple for us, and we continue to love this book!

I think I've read every make-ahead cookbook out there, and I think this is the best. What I like about this book is that the meals are a little more upscale than the usual casserole this-casserole that type. The ingredients are also super healthy, and I love knowing each dish is packed full of vegetables and other good-for-you stuff. We loved the meals we tried, and the "Better Spaghetti Sauce" really is better! I borrowed this book from the library, but liked it so much I will be buying a copy for myself soon.

I love this book!! It has shown me how to meal plan, cook, save time
and eat healthy all on a budget. The instructions were easy to follow
and the recipes delicious. I have a very busy schedule and found it
hard to make healthy meals every night. Now I cook Sunday and eat
healthy all week! The best part is you can download your shopping list
of the net and print them off when ever you need to. Great book worth
    every penny!
