I'm glad I read this book! This is a smart women who knows of what she speaks! I truly gained insight into the workings of the ecomomic world. I believe this book helped me in understanding what our new government in British Columbia is trying to do. If you're interested in understanding why some countries prosper and other do not then you should give this book a read!

I chose this book looking for something different, a glimse into our potential future. I found the book very enlightening, with a very sobering and somewhat new perspective on Canada's history, present and future. This book is a "must read for any Canadian".

A candid review of what makes this country different than the USA and how we can turn things around. A practical hands on approach to a complex subject matter and how to apply some of the lessons learned to your personal situation and Canadian society at large. Entertaining, frank, and easy to understand. A common sense approach to economics in this country at Y2K, the challenges and opportunities.
