Alright so Decadent was not as good as Wicjed Ties but I still ejoyed the book. I thought the plot and characters were great but I found the story to be VERY repetitive there were times I was getting bored with the sex scenes and I just wish there was more character ad plot development and that slowed the book down. I thought Kimber was a good character if a little naive and I still really like Deke a lot, now Luc was a bit different for me I thoguht his character was great he was such a sweet teddy bear and an alpha at the same time but throughout the book I just wanted him to go away and stay away from Kimber and Deke. I think his book is the third in the series so I will be happy for him to get a HEA. Overall the book was pretty good but it was missing something for me. :0)

Very good book for anyone looking for something different. Romantic and naughty rolled into one sexy book.

Amazing once again .... for me the one to read after wicked ties :) The story of Deke Kimber and Luc is mind blowing from begining to end....

To prepare herself for life with a rock star who is into menage, Kimber asks a former bodyguard Deke, to teach her physically all he knows about the lifestyle, and not to take her virginity. When I first started this one I had a hard time believing the plot, thinking that it was going to continuously lead to a sex scene (without losing her virginity), and while it did that around the middle of the book I found myself to be emotionally involved with the characters and really wondering where the story was going, and by the end I really liked it. I think fans of Lora Leigh's might like this one, if you make it passed the first of the story. 115/1000

He doesn’t want to agree to do what she’s asking, his lovely cousin Luc does. Luc is the total opposite of Deke. Where Deke is crude, Luc is a gentle, loving man, who is a fine cook. When they start she lays down one rule. She wants to remain a virgin, so she can give it to Jesse McCall her “friend”. They agree showing her what’s it’s like to be in a threesome. Another problem? She’s getting to Deke. He doesn’t like to see her with another man. When they’re finished she goes to Jesse, though something he does drives her away and back into Deke’s and Luc’s arms. Then someone targets Kimber, leaving it to Deke to save her. Though Deke doesn’t want to admit it, he’s fallen for her hard, and can’t get her out of his mind. Though he keeps pushing her away. That doesn’t stop Kimber or Luc from pushing her toward him. Is there something that Deke is hiding that could be ruining any chance he has for a relationship? Maybe Kimber is the one to fix his heart? This is the second book of the Wicked Lovers series. Again pretty predictable but not lacking in the hot lust action. There’s so much going on you just read and read. Though this one wasn’t my favorite of the series it’s still up there. Kimber can get kind of annoying and so can Deke. You just want to scream alright get together already. Though a great page turner!

If you can get over the really lame premise of this book (a virgin wanting lessons in threesomes, without losing her virginity), and the see-through, over-done sub-plots (someone is trying to kill said virgin so of course she needs to hide out in the swamp with a couple of sexy men), Decadent provides a steamy, entertaining read. There are some interesting characters: Kimber, the sweet, innocent virgin, who, despite having her head buried in the sand when it comes to sex, actually has a back bone and doesn't let the alpha male totally run roughshod over her. Luc, the sexy and successful chef (gotta love a man that can cook), is of course, too good to be true and you will find yourself thinking where can I get me one of those? Finally, there's Deke, the tortured alpha male. Sexy, powerful, Deke suffers from the old "I think he doft protests too much" syndrome. He may be saying no, no, no when it comes to Kimber, but you know it is only a matter of time before he admits his feelings for her. Unfortunately, it takes him a heck of a long time to do so and halfway through the book I just wanted to slap him and tell him to get over himself. The plot, such as it is, is rather transparent and what little suspense there is will not get your heart pumping. But no worries, the hot threesome action with Kimber, Luc and Deke will get you revvin' and I certainly felt an emotional connection to the lead characters (even Deke, the big dummy). All in all, despite its shortcomings, this a delicious read.
