    My 8 year old son read this book to his 5 year old brother and myself and they couldn't have enjoyed it more! I on the other hand wasn't a big fan of Greg's behaviour but, I guess kids wouldn't enjoy it as much if Greg didn't get into trouble. I just don't like how Greg acts without concern for friends, family or consequence, but I guess thats the point. If you want a book that your kids will enjoy I would highly recommend this serries. We started with this book and we are moving backwards and we weren't missing any information from any of the previous books so we really like that we can pick and choose whichever book we want to read instead of having to stick to the order they were made.

    The fourth book in the Wimpy Kid series is just as funny and entertaining
    as the first three. Fans will love Greg's crazy ideas and antics during
    his summer vacation. Sleeping all day and playing video games all night
    are the perfect way to spend the summer, until Greg discovers the Country
    Club lifestyle. Drinking slushies by the pool with your best friend is an
    even better way to spend the summer. But it comes at a price. How will
    Greg and Rowley afford to continue this new lavish lifestyle and will their
    friendship survive?
