    Whether you are a committed vegan or not, this cookbook is for you! Written in a fun and approachable way - the Dolce Vegan brings forward hundreds of animal-free recipes that will please vegan/vegetarians and omivores alike. I use this cookbook all the time. There are appetizers, entrees, desserts (including baking) soups and even recipes for condiments such as faux sour cream, fake feta and soy mayo. Use this cookbook to incorporate animal free recipes that taste great and take only 20-30 minutes to prep (some even shorter). Try the Portobello Pot Pie!
    Sarah Kramer rocks and her cookbooks will have you singing her praises too.

    Unfortunately although this book is alright it cannot touch the previous two How it all Vegan and The Garden of Vegan
