    Learn to live with it!

I have to admit I was a bit wary of this book when I first heard about it. But after I started reading it, I knew that this book was exactly what I needed. It has a great structure - each "chapter" is essentially just 1-2 pages which explains 1 main point about not "sweating the small stuff". Work is bound to cause frustration for everyone! It's a fact of life. But to learn to deal with it, and even overcome it, is another story entirely. This book gives the reader helpful tips to improve or at least reinforce behaviours that you should really consider using. It come down to this: if the small stuff gets you rattled, then you'll never truly be productive if you can't "let it go" and move on with life! Stop complaining and do something about it! Get this book and it may help you deal with the ... "challenges"!
