I am a busy working mom with a 2.5 year old and expecting the next one. Not a professional knitter myself, this book has stylish, practical, and easy patterns I can find for both of them. Bought this book 3 weeks ago and I am almost done with my first project - a double breasted coat (I can only afford an hour of knitting everyday). There are at least 2 more projects I would definitely try. They also have a section to cover basic techniques which are good for beginners and refreshers.
