    It's a lot of what we already know - diets don't work, it's a lifestyle change. Has handy lists of all the food we're supposed to eat and has some really good recipes. It's handy to have all of this information in one book and I look forward to reading the rest of her books!!

    Best Diet Out There

    This is hands down the best diet I have ever been on. It just makes sense and it works. I have lost 21 lbs and my husband has lost 23 in 2 1/2 months. We will continue to stay with this lifestyle change. I don't remember when I have felt this healthy!

    Tosca Reno, understands the importance of pictures and a easy read!! She has very valuable advice, there is a lot of common sense and you know she has done her research . The book is written in a way that encourages you to succeed and understand the importance of eating healthy,exercising and drinking water.

    I love this book! I have tried many diet books but this is so much better. It isn't a diet book, it's a change the way you eat book. So easy! It is easy to incorporate into your life and just makes sense!

    I loved this book, I was pleased with the no nonsense approach to weight loss, no more fad diets or cutting out entire food groups...this book teaches you how to eat to live not live to eat. I would recommend this book to anyone who is trying to loose weight, gain energy and live longer.

    I was very pleased with this book. All the recipes turn out exactly the way they are pictured and the food is so bright and colorful, you can't help but feel good when you sit down to a meal. Tosca offers good easy to follow advice in a practical no nonsense way. The meal plans were great for getting started and teach you how to eat clean without having to go it on your own. I highly recommend this book to others looking for ideas and recipes that work for a clean eating diet.

    Finally a Un-diet book

    I really enjoyed this book as it emphasizes the the why and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle without having to exclude a key food group. She gives helpful grochery lists, must have items for the cupboard, and excellent receipes to get you started. Finally a way of life to remain healthy without having to sacrifice taste. Once you follow her plan, you will never go back to the old ways of eating.

    As a regular reader of Oxygen magazine, I was very excited to learn about Tosca Reno's new book dedicated to clean eating. However, I was very disappointment with the content. I had purchased the Oxygen "Clean Eating" special edition magazine a few weeks prior to receiving this book, and anxiously awaited even more healthy recipes and eating plans. What I found however, was a reprint for the most part of the diet contained in the Clean Eating magazine as well as the recipes, pictures included. That having been said, it is a good reference book IF you did not purchase the Oxygen "Clean Eating" magazine. If you did, save your money.
