About the Author

Mary Donkersloot, R.D., is a Beverly Hills-based consulting nutritionist who treats clients dealing with diabetes, weight control, eating disorders, and fitness and nutrition issues. She is the author of Fast Food Diet and the nutrition consultant for numerous national food corporations.
