Erotic nature aside, a great read!

I had never read an erotic novel before and I was definitely skeptical as to whether I would like this book or not. I had heard from friends and family that it was great so I bought the box set. The erotic nature of the book wasn't anything that put me outside of my comfort zone, and the actual plot line of the novel was definitely something I enjoyed. I would describe this book as Twilight meets erotica (after all, it was originally based off of Twilight fan fiction!), and I would definitely recommend this book for someone who enjoyed the plot line of those books. Throughout the novel, there is a lot of different music mentioned, and I found myself listening to these songs on YouTube to get a better understanding of the nature of what I was reading. I explored E L James' website and found that she had all of the music mentioned throughout the book listed there. I would definitely recommend taking a look at the "soundtrack" for the book at www.eljamesauthor.com. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this book, as well as the remaining two books in the series. It has a beautiful plot, and the characters are developed well overly the course of the series. A DEFINITE recommendation! :)
