About the Author

You''re Exercising Wrong; Escape your Shape; Escape Your Weight; and Jump into Fitness.  He was the first appointed fitness advisor and fitness columnist for AARP''s Modern Maturity magazine, and has written for a myriad of publications and websites, including The Daily News, Salute Magazine (for the United States Armed Forces), WebMd, and others.  Edward is the founder of Exude Fitness, a premier motivational/training firm in New York City and also volunteers his time educating young people and the elderly on the importance of exercise, for the American Diabetes Association (ADA).
