This was one of those books that I could not put down. Cannie is a very likable, funny character. I found there was a section of the book that was quite dark & deep that I did not expect, but for the most part it was an enjoyable read!

I truly enjoyed this book and its sequel. Treat yourself to an evening with Jennifer Weiner.

Reading this book was hard. I couldnt realate to the characters at all, I felt that it was all over the place and some of the parts didnt make sense. I wouldn't reccomend anyone to read this personally. Hopefully her other books arent as bad...

This tale of a women, and all of her wants have come true--I want to lose 20 pounds--I want to sell my screen play-- I want to meet a good man and fall in love, all this happens, but not in a way she imagined. But her humorous take on everything gets her through. I found this book to be very funny, I often found myself laughing outloud.

I really enjoyed this book - Certain Girls is the sequel - not as good but still worth ready.

Couldn't put it down from the first chapter....Cannie is a real character that you can relate to.

But was wonderful. I could relate to this story on many different levels, and I cried while reading it. Ms. Weiner is a wonderful author. I plan on reading her other novels, as well.

It took me a while before I really began to relate to the characters in this book. I just didn't feel like it was grabbing me. Once I got going though, I really enjoyed the story and was rooting for Cannie through the entire ordeal. She really became a memorable character!

This was my first tast of Jennifer Weiner and I have read everything since. This book is simply wonderful. Weiner has a way of writing a book that is funny, cute, and meaninful too. It's like chick-lit with some guts.

I just finished Good in Bed and I loved it. Weiner did a fantastic job with the main character Cannie. She is so easy to relate to and is a very real character. I am now reading the sequel Certain Girls and it seems that it will be another amazing novel from Weiner. I recommend both books to any girl, both young and old!

From the beginning I couldn't put this book down, I loved it! It was humorous, but heartfelt. It described real characters with depth, who were learning about life. This will be a book that I will continue to read throughout the years. I recommend it to anyone!

This is an amazing book. The writing is wonderful, the characters seem so real you feel you know them and you get a real feel for the place and time. I highly recommend this book.

this book was amazing. i was go great and real. when i finshed the book was was just swimming with thoughts of how much i really loved this book. i have yet to read in her shoes but i have read all the other ones and enjoyed then all so much i started to feel drawn to in her shoes...even though the movie sucked. i really hope she put out another one soon so i can get lost in her characters lives once again.

This was an excellent read from the author of "In Her Shoes". The main character is so "normal", everybody can find a piece of themselves in her. I just couldn't put it down. It's funny and touching, and also has an unpredictable quality that's refreshing. Loved it.

I loved this book! It was enlightening to read about a plus size heroine who didn't regret who she was. My favorite line in the book is " When I was 12, I learned I was fat" It was as if, for me, the author was reading my mind. I think a lot of women "learn" they are fat at a young age and never question the validity of the statement or the motivation behind the person "teaching" us we are fat. We can never again be "thin" because for the rest of our lives the statement lives in our sub-conscious mind waiting to rear it's ugly head at the first sign of self doubt. Fat or Thin every woman and every parent should read this book!

I had never really read a "chick lit" book before picking this one up on a whim - Now I'm totally HOOKED! After reading this book - I immediatly went out and read all of her other books and am anxiously awaiting her next book!

I LOVED this book. It look a little time to draw me in, but once I got into it, I couldn't put it down. Between 'Good In Bed' and 'In Her Shoes', Jennifer Weiner has become one of my favorite new authors. Her characters are real, down to earth and very special. I cried the entire last third of the book... for an author to be able to create emotion like that is a very rare gift.

This was the first book that I read from this author and I was absolutely blown away! Funny, witty and very well written. I couldn't put it down.
