Andrew Podnieks is the author of many books on hockey, including The Blue and White Book, Portraits of the Game: Classic Photographs from the Turofsky Collection at the Hockey Hall of Game, Shooting Stars: Photographs from the Portnoy Collection at the Hockey Hall of Fame, and Canada''s Olympic Hockey Teams. A hockey historian, photographer, and former creative writing teacher, Andrew Podnieks lives in Toronto.
