    This book is full of so much information. I bought a few different "green" books and this is by far my favorite.

    a year ago i bought this book o amazon after i saw one of my fave gnds reading it. it is AWESOME After trying this diet I havent felt better in my entire life. Seriously ! If your a waivering vegetarian, debating switching to the vegetarian lifestyle, or even a meat eater this book is for you ! If you are suffering from any physical or chronic ailments, you must try this diet. trust me it works ! as with anything new it takes time to work but results were very quick for me. i feel great & my skin looks amazing to top it off. best $ i ever spent on a book ! visit: http://www.youtube.com/user/BoutenkoFilms

    I have been reading about food and health issues for many years and I found this book just makes sense. Changing just a few things has simplified my life and I have never felt better. I was hesitant because I am not a raw foodist and wondered if I could really benefit from reading it. It is an understatement to just say it 'changed everything' for me...

    Buy it, read it, take action! Do not hesitate! Green for Life will change your life. You will understand why today's humans are so deprived of the food we need most: leafy greens. And the easiest way to get more leafy greens into our bodies each day: green smoothies. Drink them and you will notice a positve change in your health. Start living again!
