This is an excellent book. It however, does miss some key models from Fender and Gibson. It could be more detailed in its descriptions and identification methods. It should not be your only resource. It is recommended reading, and should be on hand for anyone buying or selling the guitars covered in its text. 4 out of 5 (maybe the next update will be a bit more detailed, and easier to look up items).
