My son loves this book. When I ask him if he wants me to read him a story he always brings me this one.
Not as good as the original version.

This board book version is a good introduction to Hand Hand Fingers Thumb, but be aware that some of the original text is missing. The full hardcover version is better yet!

I picked this up at Chapters while browsing with my son one afternoon and was instantly taken back many many years ago to a childhood bedtime...all five kids sitting around my mum keeping time by beating on our legs, clapping our hands, tapping the bed as we chanted (and shouted) along with her the unfortgettable words to this book. How could I have forgotten this gem??!! Needless to say, the words are once again firmly embedded in my psyche and the only problem I have with this book is trying to turn the pages fast enough to not lose the beat! An instant favorite for anyone who opens the cover!
Great Staple!

Small enough to fit in the diaper bag, and good enough to be read over and over as toddlers like. One of my son's absolute favourites.
WONDERFUL

I am SOOO sick of this book... lol But it's because my daughter loves it so much that we're forced to read it to her about 50 times a day. :) She's almost 14 months old and literally LOVES this book... she will bring it to everyone in the house to read to her over and over and she always drums while we read it. Too cute. While I might never be able to get the words to this book out of my head (eeck!), I am so glad that she enjoys it. The rhythm is great and it's obviously a wonderful childrens' book.
Wonderful Book!

My daughter is 16 months and she loves this book. She brings it to me everyday and we must read it at least 10 times a day. And she knows when you miss a part!!

This was the first book that I ever read by myself when I was 4. I had the book memorized word for word and even now, 20+ years later, the words stick in my head. Dum ditty, dum ditty, dum, dum, dum!

This has been one of my favorite books since I was small. I loved to have my father read it to me over and over again. I now have passed the love of this book to my son. It was one of the first books that he learned to read. I would highly recomend it to parents everywhere.
