    A Life Changing Book

    This a book that explains the many causes of our physical and emotional health issues today. It is about restoring health, which includes not only what you put in your body but what is surrounding your body, in your (our) environment.

    What I find never seems to be addressed in many of the current diet books and is explained in The Hormone Diet is how our declining or disrupted hormone levels affect our overall health.
    Why shouldn't you have your hormone levels restored as to when you were 30-35 yrs old? It's amazing to hear so many women say "Well, I'm going through the change, I'm just getting older, and it's just the way it is". No it isn't!

    I am a practicing compounding pharmacist and I recommend Dr. Turners book to all of my patients, it's an all encompassing read for women and men today. Change your life with Bio Identical Hormone Therapy not with synthetic hormones as the book explains. And it's not just balancing your estrogen and progesterone; it's looking at your thyroid levels, DHEA levels and more. Vital hormones that not only maintain a healthy you but keep you alive.

    This is also one of those books that you never lend to a friend, its one where they have to have their own copy of. Just as my friend had told me when the book first came out - Go get this book! she said. Dr. Turner has a Wellness Boutique in Toronto called Clear Medicine too.
