    This is the first 'diet' book that has made sense. It allows you to eat normal, balanced meals every three hours to rev up your metabolism. I don't think I have ate so much in my life. This is the healthiest way to eat. My energy is through the roof and eating every three hours really curbs any urge to binge. Very easy to follow and definately works...
