I've read the other books in the series by Forrest and liked them. I have to admit this latest book, Immortal, was somewhat disappointing. It was predictable from start to finish and I found that the adults were more adolescent than the actual teenagers in the story. I think that Forrest is over stretching her idea. On one hand she's trying to be deep and wise and on the other hand, she's over superficial. That's my take on the book...
