I've made 3 of Michael's recipes since I got this book 3 weeks ago and they have all been extraordinary - beautiful to look at and delicious of course. The format is easy to follow and the end result will have your friends wondering if you've been taking cooking lessons in your spare time. I can't wait for his next book!
