From Our Editors

Are you looking for a great spy book to sink your teeth into? Something with intrigue, excitement, danger and Lake Ontario? Lynn-Philip Hodgson offers an amazing book that reads like fiction but is actually reporting the truth. During the dark years of the Second World War, a top-secret training ground for secret agents is assembling a small but effective army to infiltrate and sabotage Hitler`s forces. Inside - Camp X is a fantastic work of history that will have you on the edge of your seat. Best of all, this special edition is autographed by the author.

From the Publisher

The first full-length, inside story about the infamous and respected top secret World War II Secret Agent training school, strategically located on the shores of Lake Ontario in Canada. Ian Fleming, author of the James Bond spy thrillers trained at Camp X. Sir William Stephenson -- the man called Intrepid -- headed the organization that ran Camp X, and Bill MacDonald's acclaimed book The True Intrepid and the Unknown Agents is set in Camp X.

Lynn-Philip Hodgson's title adds important new research and materials. He interviewed numerous people, explored the location extensively and worked through endless archival documents.

    Inside Camp X 5

This book is so far one of the best that I have read. It talks about Camp X that was here in Ontario and no one knew about it. It talks about the training that went on there. The people that went through such as RCMP, Military, US Personnel and the writer of James Bond books/movies. Learned more of Canada and what went on during WWII in Canada. Great for learning things you never knew. read more
