This novel is huge but definitely worth it..
Domenic & Thomas are identical twins, except one has
schizophrenia. We are introduced to them as adults in 1990 and
through flashbacks relive their childhood lives with them. So many
issues are addressed in this novel. The family dynamic , sibling
rivalry, mental illness, friendship, love, loyalty, the state of
the medical system and so much more I cannot even describe.
The characters are very interesting, bringing many sidelines to an
already captivating story.This is extremely well written and will
hold you hostage from the very first line.
I was not too fond of the ending,those of you that have read it
will know everything was tied up too perfectly , but that said I
still give it 5 stars .It is still very good,
If you are going to read one book this year make it this one.
