    I first started reading the lemon-aid books when I had paint peeling problems on my Dodge Caravan 2000/01. I never realized the problem was a defect till I saw the exact same van as mine on the back of Phil's book with peeling paint. After reading the book I stared a chapter of CLOG, short for CHRYSLER LEMON OWNERS GROUP here in Edmonton. This happended almost four years ago but we got vans painted and transmissions fixed. So any person out there with any defect in your vehicles, be it mecahnical, paint, or whatever, do not be afraid to take on the big corporations. These guys fold like a cheap tent when you file in court and have the evidence from Phil's books. Good luck to all out there with problems and stand up for your rights.
