    At Least It's Optimistic 2

This book provides nothing new to readers who are already somewhat familiar with the Borderline Personality Disorder. It offers a lot less than some of the other BPD books written for the layperson. The best thing about the book is Dr. Heller's extremely optimistic view of borderline outcomes and his belief that borderlines are in no way responsible for their disorder.

    An Exceptional Book 5

This book has made me the comprehension of my disorder and made me feel hope. It has given me the insight to what I have to do in order to get better. It's a must for those with Borderline Personality Disorder.
