This book... wow. Beautiful. I cried at the melancholy parts, thinking how cruel everyone was to little Sara. But wait, I reminded myself, this is only a story. But a wonderful one, indeed. At times I had to remind myself that, like a dream, this book was not true, no matter how rich the descriptions were, and how they made me feel. This book is a miracle to literature. If you have only read "The Secret Garden", you've made a gigantic mistake.

I recently read this book again to remember how much I loved it as a child. A truly phenomenal story of a girl who in the face of adversity never forgets that she is a princess on the inside. A pinnacle choice for the classic happy ending.
