Sisters Janet & Greta Podleski are the authors of three bestselling cookbooks: Looneyspoons, Crazy Plates and Eat, Shrink & Be Merry!, with combined sales of two million copies. Janet & Greta host a popular recipe makeover TV show on Food Network Canada, also called Eat, Shrink & Be Merry!, and were nominated for a prestigious James Beard Foundation Cookbook Award in the “Healthy Focus” category.
