So far, this is a VERY interesting read. I've read the Bible many times and always wished I could read something about the childhood of Christ, which this book includes. I'm not 100% sure of the credibility of the sources used to put this book together however, I've often read about the existence of additional writings not included in the Bible that offer historical and alternative perspectives on what happened during the life and times of Christ, which this book packages together very nicely. In fact, much of what I've read so far in The Lost Books of the Bible is in harmony with what is written in the Bible and it even elaborates on some of the Scriptures, which provides a greater depth of understanding and appreciation. I'm not suggesting that Christians should consider these works "inspired by God" however, it certainly does make for a good read.
