Recently purchased a Sony Alpha Digital SLR and found it so different; after years of Macro work using manual Canon SLR with fl bellows, 100mm macro, and other accessories. I needed a book to bridge the gap between digital and film. This book has a great layout to explore those differences and the current limitations of today’s Digital SLR cameras. First the book offers ideas and explanation of different techniques; uses assignment challenges this will help anyone too expand though experimentation. Some of the ideas are for film but many will translate to Digital. The book will make an excellent guide and reference addition to any library. 5 stars!!
