I closed "The Magical Horses" with excitement, full of hope, blessed world opening in front of me...I couldn't stop reading it until at the end like Kiran couldn't. every word filled deeply into my heart... and as I was reading, I was remembering of my own trip both domestic and abroad. every step was for the new experience and the new encounter with bit of fear and great excitement... Journey is always giving you a chance to reveal your new aspect. I will tell this tale to my future child.

Beate has created a magical adventure that inspires the reader to reach beyond their personal limits and strive to achieve their dreams. Her story not only inspires and guides but re-inforces the positive message to believe in one's personal dreams and hopes. Beate's writing flows easily, making the Magical Horses a hard book to put down. Although the main characters are children, I would definately reccommend this book for adults to rekindle the magical feeling we had as children and to remember what our dreams and hopes are.

There isn't one of us, young or old, who doesn't need a touch of magic now and then. So, take the time to read this lovely heart-warming little book and go on an adventurous journey with inquisitive and courageous Poldy and Leo. Full of wonderful imagery and the characters truly come alive on the pages. There are even some fun recipes in the back of the book. I also think this would make a great movie. Loved the story from beginning to end. I look forward to reading future books from Beate Epp

I love this book - not only for tweens and young children, but for adults too. It is simply a lovely story, and in my opinion would make a wonderful movie.

This is truly a Magical Magical Book.That will warm your Soul like a cup of Hot Chocolate on a cold winter day!I was very fortunate to bump into Beate at a Chapters in Edmonton.

What amazes me the most is how the story of the Magical Horses came to Beate (i'll let you discover that though)It gave me great hope for Humanity and also filled me with wonder and awe...

After a month of being so busy I couldnt peep it, I finally picked up Beate's wonderful Book! I read 3/4 of it straight and only stopped as I was being wisked away. The next day I finished as soon as possible and was left wanting more!! I hope there is a sequal, i loved the flow n message within. Excited to share the story with my nieces n nephews, together we are all bringing the magic back :) much love!! ck

I happened to read The Magical Horses thru the most wonderful twist of fate..........but that’s a story for another time. I experienced the twins journey much like Kiren, a little each day. Soon the momentum of the mystery overcame me and I was taking it with me to read when I could steal a moment throughout the day. I have been reading for over 45 years and was carried to my days growing up on the farm with all the treats to the senses that Beate has painted for us all. The magical horses is a great read for any age and a greater message to all ages.........please indulge yourself.

I am a critical sort of person, skeptical and cynical sometimes. When people give me books and tell me I should read them, they usually end up on my bookshelf for a later date. This book landed gently in my lap at a time when I least expected it. The giver was so authentic I couldn't help myself and began to read immediately. What I found was something more beautiful and enchanting than anything I've looked at since the "Velveteen Rabbit" of my childhood. I think the skin horse might have injected some of his "nursery magic" into this book. As Kirin is made softer through this story, so will the reader of this little treasure. Thank You for bringing this to life.

Of course I love it!! I wrote it and had a blast doing so, as the words came to me in just a wonderful and magical way... :)))

And... by the way, I was the one rating my own book low... by accident... it happened so fast... oh well... ;)
